The Challenge The secret to this company's success is customer service. And they wanted DIGICOM to tailor fit a phone system for their enterprise with one thing in mind, their customers. They needed to closely coordinate with their clients and to attend to them as fast as they can. But because their system was dated they were losing calls, faxes and voicemails.  

The Solution DIGICOM introduced NEC SV8100, the solution to their needs. The solution incorporated a voicemail and fax server and provided each user with a direct number for voice calls and another for fax calls. These voicemails and faxes get emailed to each user's email address.  Users may also opt to have both their internal stations and mobile phones ring at the same time so they can be accessible through a single number no matter where they are. No more playing phone tag. All forms of communication (phone call, voicemail, email and fax) get through, managed easily and therefore addressed more quickly! As a bonus, DIGICOM evaluated their phone usage and were able to lower thier phone bill by 38.36%.
